Shipping within the E.U.

Your order is usually shipped with PostNL, DPD, UPS, DHL or 3rd party logistics partner, you will receive a e-mail for confirmation, stating the following when your order has left our warehouse. atrack&trace code (not all our partners work with track&trace, in that case you will receive an email with the expected delivery information). You can use this code to track your shipment via the website of PostNL, DPD, UPS, DHL. Usually a shipment takes 1-2 days on its way within the Netherlands and Belgium, and 3-4 days to Germany and Austria. For orders outside the Benelux countries in Europe, this is approximately 5-6 days. Delivery times may differ for larger packages (furniture, etc.). You will then be informed by email.

Caution! The delivery times mentioned here are not always feasible for our logistics partners.

Shipping outside the E.U.

Our home accessories and furniture can be shipped worldwide, within the network of our partners.

Shipping costs

The shipment by parcel service is free within the Netherlands.

Outside the Netherlands there are shipping costs involved. You can see what the costs are during checkout.

The shipping costs for countries outside the E.U. are calculated ad hoc. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Return

Not completely satisfied? We help you!

Ordered a product via the internet or by phone and still not completely satisfied? Many of our products can be returned within 14 days. Some products are excluded, for example because you have put them together yourself (customization). We do apply a number of conditions, for example make sure that the original packaging is kept.

14 days cooling-off period

With  Berlano you do not run any risk. A cooling-off period of 14 days applies to every product ordered online, starting the first day after the order has been delivered to you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and if the product is, if possible, unused and undamaged, you can return it to us without stating reasons. We always advise you to carefully open the shipping box and the original gasket, so that you can use it again if you want to return the order.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you decide to revoke the agreement and have notified us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The shipping risk and the costs of returning are borne by the buyer. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and determine the functioning of the goods.

 

Return procedure for small parcels  (possibly within 14 days of receipt)

  • Always contact our Customer Service department first and indicate that you wish to return an item.
  • For the return, please use the address details of Berlano as indicated by our customer service and clearly state this on the return.
  • Pack the product with care - in the original packaging - and then deliver the package to a PostNL, DHL, DPD point:

 



  • As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive a confirmation by email.
  • The purchase price already paid by you (+ any shipping costs paid) will then be refunded by us within 4 working days after receipt of the returned product, but at the latest within 14 days after dissolution of the agreement. on the bank account known to us.

Procedure for returning large products, such as sofas, tables and cabinets (possibly within 14 days of receipt)

  • Always contact our Customer Service department first and inform us that you want to return an item.
  • Pack the product with care - in its original packaging - follow the instructions given by our customer service at:
